Programme Outlines

INTI International University offers pre-university and foundation studies, namely, Cambridge A-Level, South Australian Matriculation, Foundation in Arts, Foundation in Science, and Foundation in Business IT. The university also offers diploma programmes in Business, Information & Communications Technology, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Quantity Surveying.

INTI also offer a wide range of home-grown and overseas transfer degree programmes including Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Planning, International Business, Business, Australian Degree Transfer Programme in Commerce, Information Technology, Network & Mobile Computing, Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mass Communication, and UK Degree Transfer Programme in Law, among others.

International Awards and Recognition

INTI was the first tertiary institution in the country to be awarded the Certificate of Appreciation for Achievement in Trade by the US Department of Commerce in 2003 for its multinational cooperation via academic collaboration. INTI also bagged four awards from the Ministry of Education Malaysia in 2003 alone for the most number of foreign campuses, highest enrolment of local students, highest enrolment of foreign students, and overall excellence.

INTI was the recipient of two distinguished awards from the Ministry of Higher Education: Highest Number of Accredited Programmes and the Highest Enrolment of International Students.

INTI received the Best Brand in Education – Tertiary level at the BrandLaureate – SME Chapter Awards 2009, in recognition of the highest branding standard for tertiary education by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation (APBF).

My Personal Experience towards INTI

Not to forget to mention, I am actually a transfer student (Diploma) from another university. I did my diploma internship at INTI International University, Admission and Counselling Department (ADCO). This is where I first get to know more about INTI. Throughout my three month as an intern, I managed to know all the courses offered in INTI International University & Colleges regarding the entry requirements, tuition fees and many other details information. By bringing all those secondary school students that completed their SPM for campus tour, I discovered that INTI is a very great place to study. They actually provide quality facilities for students such as library that open for 24 hours during study week, sport complex, fully equipped classroom and lecture theater, Olympic-sized swimming pool, 8 basketball court and many others.

Moreover, my university experiences thus far have been amazing. I have learned and experienced so many new things in such a short period of time, and it has gone by so fast. I am still discovering all the opportunities that university offers me. INTI is a very welcoming place, and from the first day, I felt at home here. I have made many new friends from many different backgrounds. There are students from all around the world such as China, Singapore, Indonesia, Pakistan and many more, that has allowed me an insight into their cultures.

I am currently studying Degree in International Business. My classes are great and I enjoy every one of them, especially marketing. The depth and detail of what we are leaning is far beyond my high school experience. It is just amazing to think that even the tiniest details on the subatomic level can have such a huge impact. As for extracurricular activities, I am part of INTI sales support team (ISST). It is a club that directly falls under INTI’s Admission and Counselling Department (ADCO).

Time has been flying by and it’s hard to believe that I have been on campus for two semester already. Life at INTI is a great experience that I plan to make the most out of.
